Jennifer Albrecht, VP Customer Success, Modernization

As VP of Customer Success, Modernization, Jennifer Albrecht leads the development and execution of customer-centric strategies to enable full adoption of the Cayuse suite and ensure an optimal experience for our customers in their modernization journey.  

Jennifer joined Cayuse with eighteen years of industry focus as a strategic change management leader in higher education and technology.  Before Cayuse, Jennifer spent over five years at Ellucian leading new customer growth strategies for enterprise SaaS solutions.  She also spent over twelve years at Collegiate Project Services, an independent partner to higher ed institutions providing advisory consulting in enterprise systems and organizational change initiatives, in a range of roles including President.

Jennifer earned a BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia.
