We’ve announced the intent to acquire iMedRIS Data Corporation, a California-based solutions provider of research management software designed to optimize research administration. iMedRIS was launched in March 2001 with the introduction of Study Assistant, their first iRIS module. They have expanded to support over 21 modules and are particularly strong in the Risk Management category with customers in the same market segments that Cayuse serves, with additional expertise and adoption in hospital and health systems and government agencies
