Ben Panning, Chief Technology Officer

As the Chief Technology Officer for Cayuse, Ben Panning is dedicated to helping the Cayuse team solve problems through technology. He oversees the engineering and product team, with a focus on delivering meaningful, high-quality solutions that enable Cayuse to scale and further meet the needs of our industry. 

Ben is a data-driven business growth leader who creates product roadmaps that deliver corporate vision through strong execution. He translates plans into executable budgets while maintaining flexibility in responding to unanticipated or planned course corrections. He is also renowned for building strong, high-performing teams through effective recruiting, retention and motivation by providing opportunities to solve compelling business problems, use of leading technologies, collaborative work environments, and proper incentives for achieving goals. 

With more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Ben is well-suited to lead the growth and expansion of the technology footprint at Cayuse. He has served as a software engineer, director of architecture and technology, as well as high-profile tech leadership roles. He currently holds a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
