Adam Strong, VP of Customer Success, Services, and Experience
Adam Strong oversees the company’s customer success, professional services and experience organization. In this role, he leads the teams responsible for empowering all customers to reach their full potential with Cayuse through an unmatched end-to-end customer experience that helps ensure they realize the full value of their Research solution.
He plays a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and driving operational excellence, including overseeing Cayuse’s transformation efforts to maximize efficiency and fuel growth. Before joining Cayuse, he held various senior leadership roles at Oracle, where he was responsible for the strategy, people, programs, and operational processes that drive implementation success, customer value, customer heath, and retention in North America. He re-defined how to help customers achieve success and looks forward to taking the rest of the industry there.
Adam earned his Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA.
