Jeff Colley, Vice President, Customer Service

Jeff leads the customer success organization, which is responsible for ensuring each customer’s success and overall satisfaction. His teams are the day-to-day face of Cayuse, working closely with customers from implementation and training through ongoing support and product usage. Jeff brings more than 20 years’ experience in research administration, including 13 years spent in various roles in the Office of Sponsored Research at the University of California, San Francisco. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree and a Master of Counseling Psychology degree from the Dominican University of California.
