Richard Forrest, SVP Global Operations

As SVP of Global Operations, Richard oversees all aspects of the company’s international growth strategies. When he joined Cayuse, Richard brought with him 20+ years of higher education business development  enterprise architecture strategy  and product strategy, identifying and prioritizing the immediate and long-term needs of the education market across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Asia Pacific regions.

Prior to Cayuse, Richard spent over 11 years at Ellucian, most recently  as VP of Global Services Architecture and Governance,  where he contributed to their 2X growth rate and over 80% of net new business coming from outside North America.  Richard earned his BSc in Chemistry from the University of Manchester and a postgraduate diploma in computer science from Staffordshire University.
