Siv Larsen, Vice President, People Operations

Siv Larsen serves as the Vice President of People Operations for Cayuse. Siv leads the human resource functions for the organization, including recruiting, hiring, employee retention, compensation, diversity equity and inclusion, performance management, policies, and HR systems. 

Siv has spent the majority of her career in Human Resources, holding various positions focused on equity, diversity and inclusion, compliance, and compensation across multiple industries. She also has held roles focused in operations, finance, analytics, business development, and integration. 

Her broad experience allows her to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders in the organization. Siv is a native of the Pacific Northwest and holds a bachelor’s degree from the Evergreen State College and her MBA. from Marylhurst University.
