Richard, most recently from Ellucian, where he was VP of Global Services Architecture and Governance for over six years and contributed to their 2X growth rate and over 80% of net new business coming from outside North America—and Zanthi who brings more than thirteen years experience in higher education, lifelong learning, and business development.
