We’ve acquired NTM Consulting Services, Inc., a California-based solutions provider of research management software serving Life Sciences research organizations. NTM’s eSirius application suite manages research compliance and operations for customers in North America and Asia and was named a Top 10 Enterprise Solution Provider for 2018 by Pharma Tech Outlook.

The acquisition of NTM expands Cayuse capabilities by adding three decades of experience and leadership in Life Sciences research and facility management and a proven track record of rapid implementation with leading research institutions. NTM provides researchers with intuitive enterprise software to balance resources, manage protocols, streamline workflows, and meet necessary compliance mandates.

Cayuse is executing on our vision to build a complete ecosystem of eResearch administration (eRA) solutions that enable researchers to focus on innovation by reducing administrative burdens while conducting research activities. By acquiring NTM, Cayuse is progressing on achieving this vision by adding life sciences operational expertise that will improve efficiency and unify complementary services for research.
